Ubiquity Global Services Appoints Matthew Nyren as New CEO

Ubiquity Global Services, a multinational business services organization, has appointed Matthew Nyren as its new CEO, succeeding Ray Iglesias, who will serve as the company’s executive chairman.
Nyren, who founded Ubiquity in 2012, will take up the CEO position on January 1, 2017, but will continue to serve as the company’s president.
“I’d like to thank both Ray Iglesias and our board for their confidence and support shown in asking me to serve as Ubiquity’s next CEO,” Nyren said. “I am both humbled and thrilled to be given the opportunity to move our company forward during its next phase of growth and global expansion.”
“This is an exciting day for both Matthew and me as we continue to realize Ubiquity’s founding vision,” said Iglesias, who will continue to chair the company’s board of directors, while providing strategic guidance as its executive chairman. “Our new roles will allow our continued partnership to maximize Ubiquity’s value as it grows both organically and through future acquisitions.”
Headquartered in New York City, the company has expanded its headcount to more than 2,000 employees since its inception, while serving over 30 clients from the United States, El Salvador, the Philippines, and multiple centers in Europe.
Established in 2009, the company’s center in El Salvador delivers a range of English and Spanish language services. The company added around 300 employees to its San Salvador operation in 2012.
Ubiquity’s portfolio of services includes live customer experience management, interactive voice response (IVR), multi-channel correspondence servicing, and risk management solutions.
