VIDEO: Experts Discuss the State and Potential of Jamaican Global Digital Services

The industry of global digital services is one of the fastest growing in Jamaica. According to JamPro’s numbers, the industry achieved a local revenue of US$700 million in 2020 and boasts the highest growth in employment rate of any industry in the island, accounting for over 32,000 jobs nationally. 

With that in mind, Jampro brought in a panel of experts to Montego Bay for the Invest Jamaica 2022 conference. During the panel, the experts provided a deeper look into the state and potential of global digital services for Jamaica. 

Moderated by NSAM Managing Director Kirk Laughlin, the panel saw the participation of Anand Biradar (Delivery Head and Shared Services Leader for Sagility in the Americas), Yoni Epstein (Founder and CEO of itel) and Kishman Spence (Executive Director at KPGM Jamaica’s Extended Support Services).
