Adam CritchleySoftware developer Wizeline has hosted its first #WeLoveIt workshop in Mexico, a monthly event for girls aged between 14 and 17 to encourage their development within the IT industry.
The event featured a panel of women who have successfully developed their careers in the tech industry, as well as a Wizeline Academy and a workshop on UX Design.
The Wizeline Academy offers online courses for software developers, as well as courses on product and project management.
#WeLoveITmx is a community seeking to empower women in the tech industry and nurture the next generation of leaders in sciences, , technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM).
“This is how we build a more inclusive pipeline of engineers, designers and entrepreneurs for the tech industry,” Wizeline’s CEO Bismarck Lepe said.
