Faces in the Crowd – Carlos Samcam

Carlos Samcam is the Site Director for Sitel‘s operations in Managua, Nicaragua, where he’s been climbing through the ranks since 2008. He is now looking forward to helping expand Sitel into Honduras in early 2017.
On a day to day basis, his main responsibility at Sitel is to provide support and guidance to the team, ensuring they have what they need to be successful, but he enjoys the cultural aspect of the industry very much.
“That is part of what makes a BPO interesting, we are all over the world, yet we find a way to work as if we are next door,” he said.
When he’s not working, Carlos is either satiating his love of fine foods or photographing beautiful Nicaraguan landscapes.
