Based in Mexico City, Alejandra Romero is a Senior Analyst and Consultant at the Mexico Institute of Teleservices or Instituto Mexicano de Teleservicios (IMT), where she has been involved in the business intelligence unit for two years.
A true veteran of the BPO industry, Alejandra jettisoned her career in 1998 as an Operations Manager at Telemark Corporation, before moving to Qualfon as the company’s Chief Operating Officer for 16 years.
Mexican-born Alejandra studied at the Instituto Politécnico Nacional (National Polytechnic University) until 1995, one of the largest public universities in Mexico, where she obtained an LRC in Trade Relations and Marketing.
