Faces in the Crowd – Carlos Zapatero

Based in San Antonio, Texas, Carlos Zapatero is an industry veteran with over a decade of experience with BPO and Nearshore services.

He is currently Senior Vice President at Atento Nearshore, where he is responsible for the Spanish BPO company’s entire Nearshore market development.

Prior to Atento, Carlos was Senior Vice President of Business Development at Working Solutions, following a four year run as President of Granada Corporation, a provider of outsourced customer support for companies serving the Hispanic market. He also had a three year tenure at Teleperformance Mexico.

Carlos studied Business Administration and Management at Schreiner University, Kerville, Texas.
