Faces in the Crowd – Douglas A. Hoffschwelle

Doug Hoffschwelle, Chief Sales and Marketing Officer at Qualfon, has over 19 years’ of global BPO expertise, strategically leading and growing large-scale, multinational client relationships across multiple regions.

In his previous role, he served as Senior Vice President of Business Development at Atento. During his career, he has also held the titles of Vice President of Global Account Management at SITEL and Global V.P./General Manager at Stream Global Services.

Doug attended the University of Texas in Austin and resides in Texas with his wife and two daughters.
