Faces in the Crowd – Eduardo Salazar

Based in El Salvador, Eduardo Salazar is the Co Founder & CEO at OneLink BPO, which he helped create in 2013.

Eduardo’s company now has more than 8,000 employees and serves North and Latin American clients in the consumer, telecom, technology, and travel and leisure sectors across 12 delivery centers in El Salvador, Nicaragua, Colombia, and Guatemala.

Eduardo’s company, which provides customer relationship management, sales, technical support, finance and accounting, logistics, supply chain and other back-office services, was recently backed by One Equity Partners, a middle market private equity firm.

Eduardo acquired his Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Marketing at Rafael Landívar University in Guatemala. He also holds an MBA from Northwestern University in Illinois.
