Faces in the Crowd – Luiz Flaviano dos Santos

Luiz Flaviano dos Santos is the Brazil Country General Manager for business services provider Concentrix’s Sao Paulo operation.
“Since we started the project two years ago, Flaviano has been building a great culture and delighted our customers, while eating market share from competitors,” said  Manfred Kissling, the company’s VP and General Manager for Latam. This has been quite an achievement, considering the difficult economic situation in Brazil.
Santos aspires to triple the size of Concentrix’s Brazil operations, with goals to build its reputation as the best customer engagement provider in the country.
When he’s not helping Concentrix grow its Brazil footprint, Santos loves nothing more than spending time with his family at a country club in Sao Paulo.
