Feuji to Triple its Costa Rican Headcount

Feuji is set to expand its presence in Costa Rica, with plans to triple its workforce in the Central American nation.

The Dallas-based technology firm, founded by Indian American entrepreneur Manohar Reddy, is actively seeking bilingual professionals and aims to complete the hiring process within the next three months.

Feuji established its operations in Costa Rica in 2016 with a service center in Heredia. While the company has a larger office in Hyderabad, India, Costa Rica has remained its key operational hub in the Americas.

Initially focused on test automation and consulting, Feuji has since broadened its services to encompass a range of technology solutions, particularly in cybersecurity and artificial intelligence (AI).

“Less than 10% of large companies in Costa Rica are actively implementing AI, while the rest are either experimenting or exploring its potential,” Reddy told a local Spanish newspaper in 2024.

He highlighted Costa Rica’s strong talent pool in financial and analytical domains, such as anti-money laundering, making it a strategic location for nurturing future AI experts. “As AI progresses, there will be more opportunities to leverage talent within business operations,” he added.

Beyond Costa Rica, Feuji also operates in Bulgaria and Romania.

“Since our arrival in Costa Rica, we have evolved from a support center to a benchmark in digital transformation for our clients,” said Erick Ballestero, director of Feuji Costa Rica, in a recent press release.
