Google Cultural Institute Opens Massive Online Latino Exhibit

Google Cultural Institute has opened an online exhibit titled Google Arts & Culture: Latino Cultures in the US, a massive collection of US-Latino art, culture, and history.

The collection is made up of over 4,300 archives and artworks related to the Latino experience in the US, with over 90 multimedia exhibits in English and Spanish.

Google’s platform allows users around the world to immerse themselves in this unique art, history and culture, using virtual tours of locations such as the Pilsen neighborhood in Chicago, and the Calle Ocho Domino Park in Little Havana, Miami.

The exhibit debuted just before Hispanic Heritage Month, which shares stories of Latino history, art, and culture in the US.
