Zach MarzoukBrazilian venture capital firm monashees announced today it has closed on $150 million for its eighth investment fund.
The fund was backed by a number of backers including Mike Krieger, co-founder of Instagram, and Temasek, a sovereign wealth fund affiliated with the Singaporean government, according to TechCrunch.
The Brazilian venture capital firm is one of the largest in the region and has over $430 million in capital under management. Its portfolio has gone on to raise around $2 billion from global investors.
