No company is immune to macroeconomic conditions, but some fare better than others amid Latin America’s challenging environment. Atento, a Spanish CRM and BPO provider, is one of those firms weathering the storm.
Speaking with Atento’s US nearshore director Bruce Dawson last year, he told us that the company was strengthening its position in Latin America despite weakening currencies, thanks to continuing interest from US clients.
“Some companies look to outsource processes that perhaps they hadn’t previously considered outsourcing, and they come to us because of our unique expertise, solutions and regional scale,” said Dawson.
