Fly to Cuba for Less Than a Round of Mojitos

From November 13th, Southwest Airlines will begin offering scheduled flights from Fort Lauderdale to Varadero, Cuba for only US$59 each way.
Southwest will also begin flying to Havana from Fort Lauderdale and Tampa on December 12th.
The announcement makes Cuba the ninth country on the airline’s route map and Havana will mark it’s 100th city, according to CEO Gary Kelly.
JetBlue Airways was first to land in the communist nation, with flights to Santa Clara starting at the end of august this year. Silver Airways and American Airlines quickly followed suit.
