Qualfon Acquires Another Digital Marketer, Leadvision

Nearshore BPO provider Qualfon has wrapped up a deal to acquire Leadvision, an internet-based advertisement agency, further sharpening its skills in digital marketing.

Oklahoma City-based Leadvision’s tech platforms make it easier for businesses to identify potential clients for their products and services.

The ad agency also owns and operates RevenueAds as well as Mydegree.com, which offers information about obtaining a college degree.

Analysts say companies in sectors such as education, insurance, and consumer financial services, depend on digital lead generation tools to expand their business operations.

Considering its statement, Qualfon has plans to cross-sell its customer care and other back-office services to Leadvision’s clients.

Qualfon has been ramping up its media portfolio for the past couple of years in an apparent bid to capitalize on the potential demand for digital marketing services.

It is likely that Leadvision will be merged with Dialogue Direct, a marketing solutions provider that Qualfon acquired in 2017.

Like Leadvision, Dialog Direct also provides lead generation, sales, and customer support services to more than 100 clients in the automotive, retail, financial services, healthcare, and consumer packaged goods industries.

Later in October 2020, Qualfon purchased MAR Graphics, a digital solutions vendor in the printing industry.
