The acquisition supports Majorel’s strategy to further extend its Tech & Expert Services line of business, especially in the area of CX transformation services, said the company’s CEO Thomas Mackenbrock.
Founded in 2007, Findasense is one of a few highly successful BPO providers in the Spanish-speaking market. Its clients include the likes of Coca-Cola, L’Oreal, Kimberly Clark, FOX, Huawei, Warner, Lenovo, Banco Santander, Electronic Arts and IE Business School.
The BPO claims to have pioneered the design and operation of CX Hubs, which eases the path for brands to combine customer service with marketing.
Majorel has not disclosed the financial details of the deal, yet it made it clear that Findasense’s founders (Rafael Tamames and Tomy Lorsch) would continue to oversee the operations even after the closing of the transaction.
